How does the per-user pricing work?
The Pro plan includes 3 team members for $149 USD/month. If you need more team members, each additional user is $15 USD/month. For example, a team of 5 would pay $149 + (2 × $15) = $179 USD/month total.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Core to Pro at any time from your account settings, or contact our sales team for Enterprise. Changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts automatically.
Is photo storage really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited photo storage with no hidden caps or surprise fees. Upload as many photos as your projects need — we'll never charge extra for storage.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
Your photos are always yours. You can export all your data before cancelling. We provide a 30-day grace period after cancellation to download everything you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
