What's included in the free trial?
Every new account gets full access to all Professional plan features for 1 month, completely free. No credit card required to start. After your trial, continue with the plan at $75 CAD/month for up to 3 team members.
How does the per-user pricing work?
The Professional plan includes 3 team members for $75 CAD/month. If you need more team members, each additional user is $15 CAD/month. For example, a team of 5 would pay $75 + (2 × $15) = $105 CAD/month total.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade to Enterprise at any time by contacting our sales team. If you need to add or remove team members from your Professional plan, changes can be made instantly from your account settings and billing adjusts automatically.
Is photo storage really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited photo storage with no hidden caps or surprise fees. Upload as many photos as your projects need — we'll never charge extra for storage.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
Your photos are always yours. You can export all your data before cancelling. We provide a 30-day grace period after cancellation to download everything you need.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save 15% compared to monthly billing (approximately 2 months free). Annual plans are billed once per year and can be managed from your account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
